How it works
Within 30 days of delivery, message the AI Concierge in your profile or email support@shopveloce.app with your order number. We email a prepaid USPS return label within 1 business day.
Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible; we still accept returns of opened items that do not meet your expectations.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return scan. Wallet credits used on the order are restored to your wallet.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they are dispatched to the warehouse (status "queued"). After dispatch, use the return process above.
Exceptions
Clearance items marked "final sale" and personalized items are not returnable unless defective. Hygiene items (earbuds ear tips) must be unused.
