Shipping & Delivery Policy
Veloce ships from U.S. warehouses whenever the product badge shows 🇺🇸 US warehouse. Every order includes carrier tracking.
Delivery times
US warehouse items: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS after dispatch (dispatch usually within 1 business day of payment).
Items marked 🌏 CN warehouse: 8–15 business days with tracked international shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses may take 2–4 additional business days.
Shipping cost
Tracked U.S. shipping is free on every order — the delivery cost is included in each product price, so the price shown on the product is exactly what you pay at checkout (before any optional promo code or wallet credit). The full order total is shown in Express US Checkout and on the Stripe payment screen before you pay.
Tracking
A tracking number appears in Profile → Orders (with the live 3D tracker) and is emailed to you as soon as the carrier scans the package. You can also use the public Track My Order page.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days and we will reship or refund in full.
